I have over 20 years' experience of developing SITS:Vision and e:Vision solutions for Higher Education Institutions in the UK and around the world. I have an appetite for improving the user experience and enabling efficient processes for accessing and managing data across the whole student lifecycle.
Working as part of the KentVision Operational Support Team to provide support, enhancements and fixes to a wide variety of functionality in SITS and e:Vision across the student lifecycle. Supporting the team through the changes necessary to migrate to the Tribal Portal Style layout, including refactoring legacy build into responsive markup.
Working as a SITS developer on various projects, including Multi-Factor Authentication, Postgraduate Loans, Extenuating Circumstances, Module Tutor and Programme Leader Management, Student Funding, Student Lookup, Graduation, Postgraduate Research and Student Address Validation.

Leading the Student System (SITS) Team on an interim basis during a departmental restructure, as part of the Enhanced BAU phase of the SITS improvement programme. Overseeing the SITS Development, Reporting and System Analyst areas of the team, which provide strategic developments, enhancements, fixes and support for all areas of SITS.
Involved in a range of key University processes such as awarding and progression, Boards of Examiners, Graduation and Confirmation & Clearing.
A three-month project developing e:Vision portal functionality for staff, including Student Change of Circumstances, Dashboard Reporting and Fees Processing.
Leading a development team on the SITS:Vision Curriculum Management project to deliver a bespoke build for creating, managing and approving proposals for new modules and changes to all aspects of existing modules.
Responsible for the day-to-day line management, leadership, performance and development of a team of 25+ Professional Services Consultants in the Higher Education software implementation business.
Managing and leading a successful team of consultants, focused on SITS:Vision system tools and e:Vision build, and delivering consultancy and development services in those areas.
Providing expert SITS:Vision consultancy and e:Vision build/development services to Higher Education Institutions in the UK and overseas.
Responsible for driving forward the quality of SITS:Vision and e:Vision developments at Brunel University and for ensuring that the work produced by the SITS Development Team was robust, user-friendly, fit for purpose and delivered on schedule.
Developing, testing and delivering solutions within SITS:Vision and e:Vision using system tools across the entire student lifecycle. Providing user support to colleagues across all areas of the University.
Comprehensively testing developments within the SITS:Vision and e:Vision systems. Writing and maintaining user-oriented help documentation for SITS:Vision and e:Vision. Designing and delivering training courses on various areas of the SITS:Vision and e:Vision. Supplying consultancy on several components of SITS:Vision and e:Vision, encompassing system tools, security, student funding and web portal development. Providing front-line customer / helpdesk support for SITS:Vision and e:Vision.
